Carmine Auletta
Managing Director, eMudhra
With over 30 years of leadership experience in the Information Technology and Services sectors, Carmine has established himself as a key player in the European Digital Trust Market. Before joining eMudhra, Carmine accumulated a decade of experience in senior management positions within the digital trust industry. In addition to his role at eMudhra, Carmine serves as a Board Member of the Cloud Signature Consortium. He has also served for the past six years as Chairman of AssoCertificatori, the Italian association of Trust Service Providers. His background also includes a decade in international consulting with firms such as Bain & Company and Accenture, where he worked across the USA and Europe.
Carmine earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the USA.
Arno Werner Fiedler

After graduating from high school with a humanistic diploma,
an apprenticeship as a naval electronics engineer and a degree in industrial engineering, Arno Fiedler worked for Bull AG between 1989 and 1994 in the areas of industrial sales and marketing for consulting services. In 1994, Arno assumed a leading position in sales and marketing for Bundesdruckerei in the area of trusted digitisation of services. In 2000, he founded Nimbus Technologieberatung, which advises numerous organisations on the design of identity infrastructures and the implementation of legal and technical requirements for trust service providers in accordance with eIDAS, PSD2, DSGVO, VDG and the CA/B Forum. Clients include BSI, Bundesdruckerei, ETSI and ENISA. Arno has published numerous specialist publications on trust infrastructures and is involved in committees such as ETSI ESI, CA/B Forum, Bitkom, TeleTrusT, ENISA forums and on the board of the “Secure Digital Identity” association.
Igor Marcolongo

Igor Marcolongo is a seasoned Digital Transformation Manager with extensive experience in managing geographically distributed teams, public speaking, and process reengineering. After successfully leading several projects in electronic signatures, digital onboarding, eDelivery, and digital archiving, he serves now as Business Evolution Manager, VP at InfoCert SpA, with responsibility on group marketing activities, communication, strategic analysis and formulation, analyst relations, and global institutional relations. Igor is an active member of several key industry organizations. He serves on the board and the Advocacy Committee of the Cloud Signature Consortium (CSC), the Board of Directors of AssoCertificatori, and the European Signature Dialog (ESD). His contributions to these organizations help shape the future of trust service technology and digital identity frameworks.
Dr Vincent Ngundi
Director, Cyber Security, Communications Authority of Kenya
Dr. Vincent Ngundi has over 18 years’ experience mainly in
cybersecurity, strategic management, risk management, project management, ICT regulation, and Internet governance. He holds a doctorate degree in Strategic Management, an MBA, and Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a
Certified Ethical Hacker, a Certified Security Analyst, and a Project
Management Professional. Dr. Ngundi’s research interest is in strategy implementation. He is also a Commonwealth Professional Fellow following his research on national cybersecurity strategy implementation. He is also an alumni of the Program on Cyber Security Studies (PCSS) at the George Marshall European Centre for Security Studies.
Dr. Ngundi works for the Communications Authority of Kenya
(CA), Kenya’s ICT regulator. As the Director in-charge of Cyber Security, he coordinates the implementation of Kenya’s national cyber security framework, including the management of Kenya’s National Public Key Infrastructure (NPKI) framework.

Matteo Panfilo
Product Strategy Director, Namirial
With over 14 years of experience in B2B software, digital identity, and trust service providers (TSPs), Matteo drives the strategic direction for innovative solutions in digital identity, e-signatures, and trust services with responsibility on group product marketing and strategic analysis. He oversees product roadmaps, fosters interoperability with eID and CAs, and ensures alignment with evolving regulations like eIDAS and ETSI ESI/CEN/ISO standards.
Previously, Mateo led product development strategies, guided technology investments, and managed P&L, collaborating closely with sales and delivery teams to provide SaaS solutions for enterprises. He also built and managed a digital sales team delivering ERP and accounting SaaS solutions.
Before transitioning to product strategy, Matteo spent six years in venture capital, investing in 20 European tech companies, with a focus on SaaS, Fintech, and B2B sectors. This blend of expertise shapes his forward-looking approach to the digital identity and TSP ecosystem.

service sector where he built companies and managed complex trust service portfolios. He has been active in contributing to the creation of the trusted service regulatory framework in Italy and the EU as well as to relevant European standards. Mr. Sassetti also the holds the precious title of President of Assocertificatori, the Italian Association of Trust Service Providers. Andrea is now CEO of Aruba PEC, the largest Qualified e-delivery Provider in Europe with over 9 million clients. His vast experience allows him to view the topics in his area of expertise from many different angles whether they are regulatory, technology, standards or business related.
