Carmine Auletta

With over 30 years of leadership experience in the Information Technology and Services sectors, Carmine has established himself as a key player in the European Digital Trust Market. Before joining eMudhra, Carmine accumulated a decade of experience in senior management positions within the digital trust industry. In addition to his role at eMudhra, Carmine serves as a Board Member of the Cloud Signature Consortium. He has also served for the past six years as Chairman of AssoCertificatori, the Italian association of Trust Service Providers. His background also includes a decade in international consulting with firms such as Bain & Company and Accenture, where he worked across the USA and Europe.
Carmine earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the USA.

George Dimitrov

George Dimitrov is a professor in Information Technology Law. He has been serving as an advisor to several governments on the digital transformation and national laws on information technologies, and expert to the EU Commission on remote electronic identification for anti-money laundering and know-your-customer purposes. He has served as an architect of the Bulgarian and North Macedonian national schemes for electronic identification and founder and chairman of the Board of Directors of Evrotrust creating the first Pan-European pre-notified scheme for remote electronic identification and electronic signatures.

Arno Fiedler

After graduating from high school with a humanistic diploma,
an apprenticeship as a naval electronics engineer and a degree in industrial engineering, Arno Fiedler worked for Bull AG between 1989 and 1994 in the areas of industrial sales and marketing for consulting services. In 1994, Arno assumed a leading position in sales and marketing for Bundesdruckerei in the area of trusted digitisation of services. In 2000, he founded Nimbus Technologieberatung, which advises numerous organisations on the design of identity infrastructures and the implementation of legal and technical requirements for trust service providers in accordance with eIDAS, PSD2, DSGVO, VDG and the CA/B Forum. Clients include BSI, Bundesdruckerei, ETSI and ENISA. Arno has published numerous specialist publications on trust infrastructures and is involved in committees such as ETSI ESI, CA/B Forum, Bitkom, TeleTrusT, ENISA forums and on the board of the “Secure Digital Identity” association.

Viky Manaila is an international expert in the field of electronic signatures, digital identity and digital transformation processes, who has successfully promoted the electronic business globally. She was one of the experts assessing the impact of revision of the eIDAS Regulation in support of the European Commission, with the aim of establishing a legislative framework for a secure, widely usable and interoperable Digital Identity for the Digital Single Market - eIDAS 2.0.

Vijayakumar Manjunatha

Vijay is a seasoned Technology Expert and Advisor with 20+ years of experience specializing in Digital Identities, Cybersecurity, and PKI. He drives technological advancements and develops mission-critical projects. Vijay chairs the Technology and Standards Working Group and serves as Secretary General for the Asia PKI Consortium (12+ Asian countries), promoting PKI adoption and interoperability. At the Bureau of Indian Standards, he chairs the Panel on Digital Signatures, shaping national standards for electronic identity and authentication. He also contributes to expert committees on Blockchain-based Digital Identity, IoT Digital Identity, and Digital Signature Standards, collaborating with governments globally. Vijay advises various organizations globally on business management, product ideation, digital transformation, digital identities, and trust infrastructure. Formerly SVP/CTO of eMudhra, he drove growth through R&D in e-Signatures, PKI, and CLM, establishing global trust infrastructure for SSL/TLS certificates and contributing to industry bodies like the Cloud Signature Consortium, CA Browser Forum, and FIDO Alliance.

Igor Marcolongo

After successfully leading several projects in electronic signatures, digital onboarding, eDelivery, and digital archiving, he serves now as Business Evolution Manager, VP at InfoCert SpA, with responsibility on group marketing activities, communication, strategic analysis and formulation, analyst relations, and global institutional relations. Igor is an active member of several key industry organizations. He serves on the board and the Advocacy Committee of the Cloud Signature Consortium (CSC), the Board of Directors of AssoCertificatori, and the European Signature Dialog (ESD). His contributions to these organizations help shape the future of trust service technology and digital identity frameworks.

With over 14 years of experience in B2B software, digital identity, and trust service providers (TSPs), Matteo drives the strategic direction for innovative solutions in digital identity, e-signatures, and trust services with responsibility on group product marketing and strategic analysis. He oversees product roadmaps, fosters interoperability with eID and CAs, and ensures alignment with evolving regulations like eIDAS and ETSI ESI/CEN/ISO standards.
Previously, Mateo led product development strategies, guided technology investments, and managed P&L, collaborating closely with sales and delivery teams to provide SaaS solutions for enterprises. He also built and managed a digital sales team delivering ERP and accounting SaaS solutions.
Before transitioning to product strategy, Matteo spent six years in venture capital, investing in 20 European tech companies, with a focus on SaaS, Fintech, and B2B sectors. This blend of expertise shapes his forward-looking approach to the digital identity and TSP ecosystem.

Andrea Sassetti

Mr. Sassetti has over 20 years of experience in the trusted
service sector where he built companies and managed complex trust service portfolios. He has been active in contributing to the creation of the trusted service regulatory framework in Italy and the EU as well as to relevant European standards. Mr. Sassetti also the holds the precious title of President of Assocertificatori, the Italian Association of Trust Service Providers. Andrea is now CEO of Aruba PEC, the largest Qualified e-delivery Provider in Europe with over 9 million clients. His vast experience allows him to view the topics in his area of expertise from many different angles whether they are regulatory, technology, standards or business related.

Satoru Tezuka

Professor Satoru Tezuka graduated from the department of Technology, Keio University in 1984, and joined Hitachi Ltd. He
has been a Professor of the School of Computer Science, Tokyo University of Technology since 2009. Since April 2016, he has been a Project Professor of Graduate School of Media and Governance at Keio University. He has been a Professor of Faculty of Environment and Information Studies at Keio University since September 2019. He is a Project Professor of Keio Global Research Institute at Keio University since April 2024. He has been a Commissioner of Personal Information Protection Commission (personnel approved by the National Assembly). He has been a Chairperson of the Electronic Signature Law Working Group of Government. He is a part-time Director of J-Lis which is the My Number System Organization of Government. He is a CRYPTREC Member of Government.
He is the Chairperson of the Japan Digital Trust Forum (JDTF).
